Full payment confirms all your orders and start the process of preparing your mini cow for delivery. Payment is refundable if you change your mind prior to delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY;
Because we work with live animals, all sales are typically final. However, we remain committed to fairness and will carefully consider any genuine health concerns.

– Health-Related Refunds or Replacements: Upon approval if any health issue exist, we will consider a replacement or a full refund will take place.
